Jaanika is passionate about project management. Her career started in 2008 when she started organising and managing art projects for visual artists and curators, and she has helped to organise and managed several national and international creative projects of various scales.
Jaanika engages both sides of her brain – the creative and logical side. She is very detail oriented and likes to solve problems with her outside of the box thinking. Jaanika is passionate about entrepreneurship and aside from her role at Earthen Lamp, she runs her own virtual assistant business Time Assist, where she marries project management skills with business systems knowledge.
Jaanika has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Fine Art and in 2012, was awarded a Master degree in Arts and Project Management by Birmingham City University.
She is passionate about site-specific art, how to adapt visuals into a particular scene, as well as how art relates to the environment.
Languages spoken include Estonian and Russian.
